INFLUENCE OF EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION ON EMPLOYEES PERFORMANCE AT SELECTED SUGAR COMPANIES IN WESTERN KENYA

The objective of this research was to find out the influence employee compensation on performance in selected sugar companies Western Kenya. Equity theory underpined study. study adopted descriptive design. population involved all employees Sugar Companies Kenya who were 5000 total. sample size for 357 employees. Data collected by use a questionnaire and analyzed using statistical package social sciences. Both inferential statistics used analysis data. validity instrument determined test-retest technique. findings resulted an understanding that performance. would assist managers assess what decision-making processes could be increase job contributed formulation human resource practice policies firms professionals.
